The day also saw conversations focused on updates of the NHLBI ECO group and associated consortium team member activities, and presentations by Gen3 and Seven Bridges staff demonstrating recent improvements to their respective platforms. The remainder of the day focused on data ingest discussions, with a special eye towards understanding and beginning to address the possible Imaging data challenges coming to BDC.

Day 2provided updates to the consortium on behalf of recent workshops and group meetings including the EEP February meeting on LLM applications and the TOPMed All Hands Debrief.
