BDC Consortium Onboarding Process

NHLBI, Principal Investigators, Co-Investigators, Institution Leads, and Project Managers can Request A New Member to the BDC consortium, initiating the on-boarding process. This process adds new consortium members to consortium collaboration and communication tools including: website, Slack, GitHub, Google share drive, and recurring meetings. *Please contact bdc3@renci.org if a Jira account is needed.

When a new member is requested, the new member will receive an email with instructions to establish a website password and complete the onboarding form.

Offboarding

If you are leaving the consortium, or are aware of someone who is, please complete the offboarding form.

NHLBI's Jira Instance (account required) - used for tracking and managing new development, reporting, data ingestion progress, Change Requests, monitoring project risks, issues, blockers, and action items.
